1.1Language
AC Town is a multilingual city. English, Arabic (including Darija) and French are the server languages. You must be able to speak and understand at least one of them clearly while playing.

Rules can change at any time. Staying up to date is your responsibility.
AC Town is a roleplay city built for good stories and good times. Chase a career, build a crew, open a business, or just cause (realistic) chaos — as long as the story stays believable and everyone around you can enjoy it too.
Before you step into the city, read this rulebook. It is written in English, Arabic and French. The three versions are the same rules. If a translation is ever unclear, staff decide what the rule means.
AC Town takes rule breaks very seriously. A single break can lead to a heavy punishment, including a ban, depending on how serious it is. Every player is responsible for staying informed about all server rules, including any changes made at any time.
The staff team has full discretion to choose the right punishment based on the situation, the intent and the impact of the break.
Use the Discord ticket system to report rule breaks or incidents, whether they happened in the past or are still going on. Tickets are the official and main way to report. They make sure every incident is documented, reviewed and handled by the right staff members in a fair and organised way.
The in-game /report command can be used for urgent problems happening right now, but it does not replace a Discord ticket. All formal investigations and punishments are handled through tickets.
AC Town is a multilingual city. English, Arabic (including Darija) and French are the server languages. You must be able to speak and understand at least one of them clearly while playing.
You must have a working microphone with clear audio and little background noise. Voice changers are allowed as long as they are easy to understand and not too loud, too quiet or distorted.
All players must be 18 years or older to join and play on AC Town. Players who do not meet this requirement will be removed from the server. Exceptions can be made in extremely rare cases if approved by the Management team.
Character names must be original and realistic, with a realistic first and last name. Do not use names based on real people, fictional characters, brands, places or famous figures. Names with slang, offensive language or no originality are not allowed. No symbols, numbers, slang or special characters.
Your character must look realistic and human.
You may not roleplay as a vigilante or copy well-known characters (such as Batman, Spider-Man, John Wick, etc.). All characters must be original and realistic.
Do not impersonate police, EMS or any official service. Wearing their uniforms or driving their vehicles is not allowed unless your job allows it.
You may not use outside voice programs (such as Discord, Skype or Zoom) to communicate while playing on the server.
Do not use real-life or out-of-character information to benefit your character. This includes using streams, Discord chats or outside messages to find players, learn identities or gain information your character would not know in game.
Using glitches, exploits, hacks, or any third-party programs or modified files to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. This includes RPF edits, sky packs, PvP sound or graphic packs, KillFX, BloodFX, tracers, and any mods that hide props, remove water textures or let you see through tinted windows. If you find a glitch or exploit, report it to staff straight away through a Discord ticket.
Any form of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, ableism, disability insults or discriminatory language is strictly prohibited — in character (IC) and out of character (OOC). This includes, but is not limited to:
We know some words are used casually between friends in certain communities. Context matters: any use that is offensive, degrading or meant to hurt someone will result in an instant ban.
Strictly prohibited in any form of roleplay, based on Rockstar's Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
Roleplay involving sexual themes, torture or extreme content is only allowed if everyone involved, including witnesses, gives clear OOC consent beforehand.
Making real-world money from AC Town is strictly prohibited. Players may not sell in-game items, services or advantages for real money. Streamers may accept donations only for showcasing the server and must still put active, immersive roleplay first. AC Town is for roleplay, not financial gain, and any real-world economic exploitation will not be tolerated.
Combat logging means logging out, disconnecting or leaving the server to avoid roleplay consequences such as being robbed, arrested, jailed, killed, or an active scenario. If your disconnect, crash or timeout was not intentional, you must return to the scene to continue it. If it was a scene with police, you must turn yourself in when you reconnect to finish the scene.
1st offense: Pocket wipe + bank & cash wipe + 60 community service actions
2nd offense: 3-day ban + character (soul) deletion
3rd offense: Permanent ban
When you are on the server you are playing your character at all times. You must act, speak and react as your character would in real life.
Using vehicles to intentionally harm or kill players is not allowed.
Interaction time is the minimum amount of roleplay required with another player before starting hostile actions (shooting, killing, assaulting, etc.). The interaction must be verbal or roleplay-based and clearly directed at the other party. Not meeting the interaction time is Random Death Match (RDM).
Interaction time starts once verbal or roleplay communication is clearly directed at the other party while both parties are on foot. Talking from inside a vehicle does not start it.
With prior beef & with no prior beef: 1 minute 30 seconds
At drug locations: 60 seconds
Civilians may not rob or tax other civilians at drug locations unless prior beef exists.
Two players argue verbally for over a minute, with threats and escalation, before shots are fired.
Shooting someone immediately without speaking or roleplaying first.
Attacking someone only because you saw or recognised them, without any interaction.
Scamming someone is allowed, so keep that in mind when making deals with players. We recommend only dealing with players you trust.
Employees working at an official business location may never scam customers. Players may not pretend to be business employees or staff to scam others. Business workers cannot sell items that the business itself does not produce as official business; those deals must happen outside the business property. This applies only:
Because Anti-Robbable items cannot be robbed, items classed as Anti-Robbable may not be used in scams. This includes selling an item while falsely claiming it is Anti-Robbable, taking payment and not handing over the Anti-Robbable item, or any other lie about an item's Anti-Robbable status.
Scamming for any type of vehicle (imports or non-imports) is not allowed. Exception: selling a vehicle while claiming it has a specific upgrade that it does not have is valid.
You must choose one: kill or rob — never both.
T-Count is the maximum number of people in your group who can be involved in, or respond to, the same situation or scene. It keeps roleplay fair, balanced and realistic, and stops one side from being overwhelmed.
Civilians must fear gang members at all times and may not act violently towards gangs during normal interactions.
Gangs may only pressure or confront civilians if:
A gang may rob a civilian only if:
A civilian who was scammed may rob the gang member only to recover the scammed items.
Players may not void or end their own scenes.
Voice recognition may not be used to identify players. Players can be identified for up to 24 hours after a crime or event based on clothing, facial features or visible accessories. You may change your outfit to avoid being identified.
During a shootout, players may not access or shoot from rooftops or raised areas that do not have terrain above them. The only exception is Police vs Gang scenarios, where each side may have up to 2 players on rooftops.
Shooting out of vehicles to kill someone is prohibited. Shooting at tyres is allowed. The only exception is gang interaction drive-bys.
You may not shoot or kill a player who is clearly surrendering. A player is surrendering if they:
Shooting or killing a surrendering player: 7-day ban
If you choose to surrender, you must not run, pull a weapon or resist. Surrendering means you value your life and accept the situation.
Shooting, fighting or unnecessary violence is strictly prohibited inside businesses and in the immediate business area. If you have beef with someone inside a business, you must wait until they have fully left the business area before engaging them. The business area includes:
Once an interaction has started outside the business area, it cannot be avoided or cancelled by:
Any attempt to use a business to avoid, reset or shield an ongoing interaction is a rule break and may lead to staff action.
Act like your character wants to stay alive. Winning a situation is never more important than surviving it. Examples:
LQRP is anything that breaks immersion, feels unrealistic or ruins the roleplay for others. Creative freedom is welcome, but anything that disrupts realism or coherent RP is not allowed. Examples of LQRP:
The /me command is only for describing physical actions or animations.
Power Gaming is using unrealistic actions, emotes or game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage or force an outcome without proper roleplay. This includes:
Abusing emotes, animations or game mechanics for unintended purposes can result in a ban:
When dealing with police you must roleplay realistically before using violence. Fleeing or shooting instantly without interaction is not allowed.
You must cooperate and roleplay properly with EMS when you need medical attention.
You may not force another player to permanently kill their character or to empty their personal storage. This includes bank accounts and personal stashes.
Business employees may not steal from the stashes of the businesses they work for. There is no valid roleplay reason for it, and stealing from a business stash counts as stash griefing.
Pulse and Lens are for social connections, photos and events — not business ads or sales spam. No store promotions, selling ads or buying ads on the social apps. Use the marketplace or the official ads channel.
You may not publicly share drug locations on social media or in a public ad. Doing so results in a permanent ban. You are allowed to sell locations.
You may not spray graffiti on the Police Department, any medical facility, apartments or Green Zones. Do not abuse graffiti with unnecessary images, text or drawings. Doing so can be punished as heavily as a ban.
Hits or bounties can only be placed on players with a valid, realistic roleplay reason. Random or unjustified hits are not allowed.
Mass giveaways are not allowed if they are done to quit, avoid consequences or skip progression.
Police, medical staff, DOJ and the Governor's Office are positions of trust. These rules keep things fair, realistic and honest while on duty, and prevent abuse of government power or equipment.
Green Zones are safe areas where no hostile or criminal activity is allowed. All other server rules still apply in Green Zones, including OOC rules.
Event locations: any location hosting an official city event is a Green Zone for as long as the event runs.
Permanent Green Zones: apartments and Hospitals.
Strictly prohibited in Green Zones:
Green Zones are not tools to gain an advantage:
Players may not sell, resell, trade or take part in any real-estate transaction of any kind. This includes homes, mansions, businesses, properties and MLOs.
AC Town businesses and properties must be actively used for roleplay. Businesses may not be owned only for:
If a business or its owner is inactive for 1 month, staff may automatically remove ownership. Activity is measured by real customer interaction, including:
Businesses with large gaps in billing or little to no real RP activity count as inactive.
Bills to employees or staff do NOT count towards activity.
All business owners must be in the AC Town Discord. This is required for oversight and communication. Not joining, or leaving, the Discord puts the business at risk of being taken away.
These rules keep businesses and properties active, roleplay-driven and fair for the whole community. Breaks or inactivity may lead to automatic removal without compensation.
All AC Town rules and guidelines apply at all times, including in outside Discord servers connected to AC Town (jobs, businesses, gangs or organisations). This keeps things consistent, fair and immersive across every community platform.
Any outside Discord server connected to AC Town with 40 or more members must transfer ownership to an AC Town Server Manager or higher. This makes sure large community groups are properly moderated and follow the rules.
Every outside Discord connected to AC Town is treated as an extension of the server. Trying to get around the rules, hide misconduct or avoid staff oversight through outside platforms may lead to severe penalties.
These rules apply to:
Hostage = Negotiation
No Hostage = No Negotiation → Criminals must escape
Law Enforcement must provide criminals with a reasonable opportunity to enter their getaway vehicles before initiating the pursuit or engagement, unless the criminals create an immediate threat.
Both Criminals and Law Enforcement are expected to prioritize fair, realistic, and enjoyable roleplay throughout every robbery scenario.
Failure to follow these rules may result in disciplinary action according to the server's staff guidelines.
Welcome to AC Town. Stay in character, value your life, and have fun.
