By using actown.net, our Discord or the AC Town game server, you agree to these terms and to the Rulebook.
Who can play
You must be 18 or older and own a legal copy of GTA V. One account per person: alt accounts are not allowed.
Applications
Answer honestly. False information, copied answers or someone else's recording can get you denied or blacklisted. Staff decide every application and do not have to give a reason.
Rules and bans
The Rulebook applies in game, on Discord and on this site. Staff can warn, remove your whitelist, or ban and blacklist you for breaking it. Cheats, exploits and harassment lead to a permanent ban.
Store
Purchases support the server and are handled by Tebex. They are cosmetic or convenience items and do not protect you from the rules. A ban does not give a refund, and chargebacks lead to a ban.
The service
AC Town is a free fan community, not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two or Cfx.re. The site and server are provided as they are and can change, go offline or reset at any time.
